With the cold and flu season around the corner, now is a great time to review proper hand washing. Here is the correct technique: 1.Wet hands under warm running water .2.Lather with soap. 3.Scrub all parts of your hand: back, wrists, between fingers, under fingernails. 4.Scrub for at least 15-30 seconds, or sing Happy Birthday twice. 5.Rinse well under warm running water. 6.Dry hands with a paper towel. 7.Turn off the water using a paper towel and not with your hands
